The Role:

Answering internal & external phone calls in professional manner.
Provide courteous, professional and attentive guest service at all times.
Promote the Lodge and surrounding area and activities.
Maintain a good working relationship with all departments.

Must be able to work a variety of shifts as this a 24-hour operation.

Job Title: DISHWASHER
The position is full-time 30-40 hours per week, permanent with an hourly rate of $17.50. Overtime may be necessary as required paid at time and half. The position may work night shift; there is a shift premium when scheduled to work night shifts as a Night Cleaner.
Job duties:

Wash chinaware and glassware in the dishwasher
Sort and wash all cutlery
Proper storing of all cutlery and china in appropriate places
Proper use and storage of chemicals

Wash all pots and properly store them
Report all safety hazards and reduce accidents

Job Title: CHEF DE PARTIE
We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie (NOC 62200). This position is full-time 30-40 hours per week, permanent with an hourly rate of $25.40 - $28.00.  Overtime may be necessary as required paid at time and half.
Job duties:

Instruct and Supervise First Cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food

Achieving Excellence
The Lead Spa Attendant is responsible for leading and supporting the Spa Attendant Team in ensuring quality, cleanliness, and leadership within Nordic Spa facilities. Leadership and commitment to wellness will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and cleanliness. The Lead Spa Attendant reports directly to Spa Experience Manager.
Key Focuses

Possesses exceptional guest service with attention to detail.
Assist in the operation of all spa departments and to have knowledge of the spa’s facilities.
Direct and lead the day to day spa attendant operations, ensuring daily tasks are assigned and checklists are completed.
Manage any incidents that may occur on shift and if necessary, escalate to a manager or supervisor.
Represent Kananaskis Nordic Spa with the highest level of service excellence and be knowledgeable of the facility.
Support and lead the day to day back of house operations.
Act as a spa attendant and lead the team when required to (filling in for shifts, staying later, quality checking, etc).
Demonstrate pride in work by creating positive energy, team work, excitement and fun.

Experience/Passions/Education

Previous Spa or Hospitality leadership experience.
First Aid Certificates (Including CPR) preferred.                                                   
Excellent guest service, communication and organizational skills.

Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently as well as cohesively as part of the team.
Must be highly organized and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and able to complete many diverse tasks concurrently.                                               
Working Conditions
This position may require working early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays to support business needs. The role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift, with occasional lifting of items up to 30 lbs and the use of ladders, stairs, or ramps. This position will work outdoors in a variety of Mountain weather conditions, experiencing a wide range of weather conditions  and temperature ranges from -30°C to +30°C.

The Role:
We are looking for an excellent team player with 4-star characteristics and experience. As a Retail Sales Associate you will be assisting our guests with their purchase and ensuring a positive guest experience.  The Retail Sales Associate, is essential for providing an excellent shopping experience for our guests, have product knowledge and be able to provide assistance in various aspects of the retail store.
Job Duties:

Create positive guest experiences, by building customer relationships and fostering customer loyalty.
Greeting guests in a friendly manner, have the knowledge to answer questions regarding the products, prices and be able to discuss the local vendor and their brand.
Provide excellent customer service both during and after the sale.
Operate point of sale system, process guest transactions, handle cash, credit cards and other forms of payment accurately.  Ensure the cash balances at the end of the shift and report any discrepancies to the leaders.
Maintain accurate inventory records.  Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and inform management when products are running low.
Product knowledge to offer tailored solutions and address guest needs effectively.
Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.  Aim to resolve the issues to the guest’s satisfaction, following all policies and procedures.
Collaborate with all team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive working environment. 
Maintain a clean work environment and will do your part to keep the store clean and inviting to guests.
Employment Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school education or equivalent work experience.
POS and cash handling experience required.
Excellent customer service, communication (verbal and written) and time management skills.
Passionate, confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated, sociable, and energetic.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering service excellence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of all products and services offered by the store and hotel.
Strong problem-solving abilities, listen to guest’s problems empathetically, analyze the situation and find appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Title: FIRST COOK
We are recruiting for a First Cook (NOC 6322). This position is full-time 30-40 hours per week, permanent with an hourly rate range of $20.60 - $22.70.  Overtime may be necessary as required paid at time and half.
Job duties:

Prepare and cook complete meals, individual dishes and foods.
Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities in a restaurant establishment.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Supervise activities of 2nd and 3rd
May create new recipes with assistance of Chef de Partie.
Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen and follow the rules of health and safety.
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis.
Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
Follow good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature.
Flexible shift hours will be required.
